😊. Your like me, started with’Buddy’ (U2), got returned and replaced with ‘Carson’(n8+) then got ‘Friday’(omni x1). Now I really REALLY REALLY NEED The omniX2😂 now you’ve confirmed that it has home patrol/video manager, (T20 does not) and they seemed to have fixed the stinky mop problem with removable plate

Just ordered mine and I hope I won’t regret my decision!! Can we mix cleaning liquid in the water tank ?

I am not sure the "official" answer but I usually (when not testing) spray in a little Dawn Powerwash into my water and no issues!

Some have said that when they notice the vacuum becomes “confused” or sporadic navigation, they send it back to the dock and it fixes the problem. Have you found this to be true?

I think this whole navigation is a downgrade from the X1 or any of their lidar models. Confused and sporadic are too strong of words to describe my experience so far but it is not as confident or precise as other models. I think this new system of navigation has a long way to go and I am not sure it is the right solution. Especially because now the vacuum has blind spots on its right side where it has no sensors...

Just delete and make a new map again!
