I grow up from the Philippines, there’s a lot of tiny Islands like that there. One time we went to Socorro Islands and just did Island hoping, with food and water…we be jumping on those clips! lol Also Ed really is a true survivor man here (Not everyone can think of what he thought) using that filtration, that’s how we do it too lol only we put tons of laters for long usage of course.

When I was a child I use to swim in a lagoon but we called it "impounding area" the color of the water is black and at near shore it's brown and i didn't even bother what's living in the deep because we are catching fish.❤️ I miss my golden days❤️Zone 7 San Vicente, Gattaran ,Cagayan Philippines if someone want to try❤️

Hydrating with coconut water alone without a proper source of clean water can lead to diarrhea in turn losing more water than you were taking in dehydrating you even further. But since he did manage to get pottable water coconuts are definitely a good opportunity to replenish electrolytes but not without fresh water.

On the quest to find water, I must build a raft, at which point I actually don't use the raft except to carry my bag. Upon swimming across the lagoon I find a small puddle of rainwater, which I then decide is unfit for human consumption so I must boil it. Do you realise if you have a water boiler that you can boil seawater? Run the condensation off the surface into a container of some sort and you have fresh water.
