It's always good to hear of more discoveries in the land of my mother's ancestors. Thank you for sharing them. Our past informs our future & in some small way helps complete us.

.... I have always wanted to sail on a Viking Longship, among expert seamen and navigators. What an amazing culture they had. :)

What's that music at the end? I always loved it.

If it's the one at the very end, then it is the same, as the one that Amon Amarth uses at the beginning of their video "Father of the Wolf". kzbin.info/www/bejne/gajHlHmMqNKMqrc&ab_channel=MetalBladeRecords

It seems that ship burials may be more common than we originally thought. Have you ever visited Lindholm near Aalborg? I am sure that you said on another video that you are from Jutland, I know that you are Danish, and I have recently found out about the Lindholm burial site.

I think we will find more ship burials in the future, but also think that it was only for the cream of the crop. I have been there, but it was many years ago, I like to go back again. I have family from all over Denmark, for instance, Jutland, Fyn, and even on Devil's Island (Zealand) :)

@@Skjalden When we can travel I am hoping to come to Denmark to see some of the recent findings. The last time I was there is 1974 or 75 so I am long overdue a visit.

@@colinp2238 I remember you saying that. I cross my fingers that it will be possible to go to the markets and museums this year.
