Are you sure that local vasoconstruction is correct? I mean logically yes but , that variable is not in the formula. So its making me suspicious

Vasoconstriction will first increase the BP and thus MAP and so the perfusion to the organs. But, sustained vasoconstriction will decrease blood flow. So, some questions are ambiguous which makes confusion among students and thus they end up with wrong answers though logically they are right. Example:In OT,we give mephenteramine as vasopressor to increase the BP.
