Love these cars. This was my poster car in the 90s and am glad to see them popping up in videos more. Also really like keeping the interior mostly as it was in Japan. I think that heritage on the car gives it lots of character. If only those rhinestones could talk, the stories would be wild!

I'm almost certain that I saw this car in Saitama Japan several years ago. A lot of Diablos were given a similar treatment in Japan. My neighbor in Tokyo kept his 6.0 Diablo outside under a car cover. yikes!

Ed are you able to hop in this and drive with shoes on? I got the chance to drive an early Diablo owned by a mutual friend of Dan Doucet's and it was obviously awesome, even with the stock muffler, but with shoes on I couldn't push the gas or clutch without hitting the brake pedal.

Is it a US requirement for the rear lights to be different to European cars? i.e on European cars the turn signal is on the outer edge and the brake light is on the inner edge, whereas on this car it’s the opposite, brake light on the outside edge, turn signal on the inside edge.

Back in 1998 I saw a Diablo SV, and I have a pic of myself next to it. It's a color I have never seen before, it was a shade of pewter. Anyway, one thing that stuck out to me, is the indentions in the floor, which allow the seat to essentially sit lower that the floor pan
