I animate at 21 FPS and I save time by keeping characters completely still during speech until main words or phrases in sentences, and even then they just pivot at the waist mainly. Mate you do a great artistic service to everyone out here, never stop.

That's why I love using Lego. But it takes a really long time. It's taken me 2-3 months to work on a video. It's still not done.
@LegoAnimations63704 жыл бұрын
Yes, that's what the procedure of making a brick film looks like. About that time consuming, I usually focus on film projects that contains roughly 4000 - 9000 pictures. The time it takes to make a one big project is about 1 - 3 months, depending on how busy is the life at the moment. For instance now under quarantine, I'm making a new disaster film ''Lego Volcano Eruption'' which is estimated to be around 10 minutes long. I am able to get it done in a month if pushed myself into a limit. It's true that stop motion filming is just movement, picture, movement, picture. To prevent myself from going crazy when standing 3 hours on a same spot, I tend to listen to a music. Otherwise only things I would hear during filming would be a camera shutter sound. About making a script beforehand, that isn't my style. First I have an idea as a whole, a theme. For an example, theme such as an alien invasion or a bank robbery. The script is created in the middle of prop building and filming, as making of the video proceeds further. Long film projects are edited in a bits. The final form of the video is a compilation of many scenes. Also, making a stop motion video requires MANY LITERS OF COFFEE. Every brick film creator has their own unique methods.

I really hope Strong Doctor comes out soon. Oh btw, the video was great. I am already *bad* at stop motion (From my vision) so this helped alot! Also, I like the detail from script and stuff in you're video. Also, you're videos are great. Do you have more tips for stop motion? Also, please can you voice in my video coming IN A LONG TIME. It is not stop motion though, it is a traditional animation video for spiderman into the spiderverse. You have many characters you can voice. Just ask for voicing, and you'll get the role unless someone already got it! Just asking!
