Thank you for sharing your work situation. I want to try a more robust paper planning system, but I go to several work locations throughout the day. Carrying lots of stuff or a bigger notebook is not realistic. I could use a giant A5 planner with all the bells and whistles if I worked from home! Do you use digital tools at all? Google or iCal?

Last year, I would preplan my weeks with time blocking in iCal. But I’ve since shifted away from that. I think I’m just a pen & paper person at heart. Thanks for watching!

What hole puncher do you use for your inserts? I can’t find a pocket plus hold puncher.

Omg! Where did you those pop-in ring inserts? I’ve never seen this! Is this possibly a special type of ring punch?

Nothing special at all! 😆 I just used scissors to slit the space next to the holes. That way, you can pop the inserts/dividers in & out without putting too much stress on the rings. I also find it much faster, similar to how discbound planners are used.

This is such a great question! I definitely have a thing for small luxury goods, but I think the investment is worth it. My favorite is hands down the Louis Vuitton pocket organizer. I’ve been using it for 3 years, and not at all interested in switching to something else, which is a record for me. I don’t usually carry a lot of cash so it works for me. I also usually use their 6-key holder, which is able to hold my ID, car key fob, house keys and a couple cards, if I’m just running a quick errand. What’s your favorite?
