Thanks! That’s good to know. I’ll put that one in the running when I find a few to test out. I think, besides the size, finding one that is less sticky/repositionable (like washi tape) is high on the requirements list, too.

The tape you're looking for is scotch's magic tape. It's what I use, and sounds exactly like yours.

@MartinMadeCo magic tape is repositionable so its great. And you can write on it as well. I use it to tip in vellum

Have you read The Fifth Season (The Broken Earth trilogy) by N.K. Jemison? Favorite of mine, and I really love the audiobook narrator (Robin Miles, maybe?), she's fabulous.

Definitely try some layouts in a blank notebook to see if it might work for you before investing. I always do that by drawing out the same dimensions to see if I can fit everything I want within that size.
