This vid has been added to a long Quennel playlist, and shows up at around the video 20 mark; I was listening to the playlist last night, in the background, and got lost in a project I'm working on from another computer. Then I'm hearing some harmonic movement, and thought, "woah, Quennel is incorporating some Eddie Brown stuff in his playing".. I look up and, LOL.... it IS Eddie playing. The short harmonic movement he does from 2:31 - 2:36; that's what caught my ear and made me think Quennel was playing Eddie style. To me, Eddie is to gospel, what Bill Evans was to jazz, with those out of this world harmonic/melodic movements.
