@@andrecoetzee7836 Yes he did, but in a very controversial way. His left arm never locked out properly, and the log was badly tilted to that side. They even quickly changed the camera angle to hide it, but you can find the full lenght front view clip too. Maybe in future we see a cleaner lift from him.

In that way Iron Biby is even better because he has even stronger shoulders than Big Z. If it was just about the records people would only watch the highlights on YT not the actual comp. Great strongmen come and go, only one or two from their respective era stand out. Eddie is the king of his era, and only in log lift but also pretty much EVERY SINGLE DAMN STATIC LIFT and there's no argument about it if you have a functional brain. Greatest deadlifter ever, period, and still only person in history to pick up 500 in an actual comp, in just 1 year's notice
