Yo, Mark and the bus motor likes cold air to run but warm air to start on. It was sure doing some FINE talking on that spruce and that was a NICE pile of one-by's out of it too. The crew did good and as far as Edwardo goes. him being used to working concrete, the time to get it done is NOW! The mill is plumb professional and is humming right along. And it is a sad day without Mr. McCoy but Chad and Maw Ruth are taking up the slack. Chad has tales growing up that are sure worth a listen and Maw always has something going on. Thanks, Buddy! Hi Mark and Eddie: another important milestone reached! Next thing you know, you'll have indoor plumbing! Wow! Mark - how has the crazy price of lumber affected you guys? For example, about how much did that tree (for all the siding) cost you, and how much would it have been a year ago? You think things are going to stabilize, or keep going crazy? And what are the winning lottery numbers for next week? Have you picked out a lighting system yet? I hope you're considering LEDs. I know they're expensive up-front, but will really pay off quickly. Sure is easy for me to spend your money, huh?! Keep working hard, you're making great progress!

Watch a circle sawmill and a good operator is akin to poetry in motion. Could your mill be upgraded to computerized set works to maximize log yield. I see you have the laser line on it for establishing the first cut on the log.

You sometimes make reference to the 'band' sawmill at the far end of your structure. Does it offer some advantages to sawing lumber over the 'wheel' sawing? Also, why not cover your edger sawing unit rather than leave it outdoors exposed to the elements? And, once again, another great video ... keep up your good work for our viewing enjoyment.

Maybe make a few videos on the bandmill.

I believe the edger will be under roof when it’s all done.

@@oldtireman4665 There appears to be no additional space for the edger saw under the new roof. Maybe Mark and Eddie are planning to construct new floor space and roof for the edger ... hope so. Hate to see the edger not being restored and unprotected from the elements. Thanx for your reply.

@@petezietzke2735 I’m pretty sure Mark mentioned in a previous video that the addition included plans to bring the edger in out of the weather. Given the investment in restoring the mill, it would be foolish to allow the edger to rust away not to mention you have to have one.

All that new wall is going to provide a lot of extra space to decorate with flags and license plates. Used to be able to walk trusses and joists but the sense of balance is shot to hell. Parts of this gettin older not what it’s advertised to be.
