All of us do! That’s just how it is. You could play Eddie’s personal guitars through his personal amps and you’ll still sound like you! Most people especially those starting out think that they need an expensive guitar and amp to sound good and while it’s true that your sound will be better will more expensive stuff, if you can’t play then you’ll sound like garbage no matter what! Tone really is in the fingers. You only need gear good enough that so that you can focus on practicing and not having to tinker with the setup but it’s really all about putting in the hard work.
