Your recipe looks delicious Natasha. I thank you for sharing it. I wonder if you could explain the actual meaning of the word 'choka'. I know that it is very commonly used in Indian cuisine and most non-Indian people who cook Indian dishes just accept the word at face value. But what exactly does it mean? Is it a cooking technique? Or a category of dishes perhaps? Thank you Natasha.
