"Nocturn E A Flat" es el nombre de esta bella melodía de Frederick Chopin y es con la que yo despertaba de niño en La Paz BCS Mexico y la transmitía la XENT Radio La Paz de Fco. King.en 1960 a la edad de 6 años, después vi esa bella pelicula con su dramatico final MELODÍA INMORTAL.

Suped-up Chopin as only Hollywood can do, with a full orchestral triumphant ending as the finale of the film -- cue the timpani, cue those french horns wailing at the end! Great stuff.

I loved this movie so much, I was inspired to write lyrics to Nocturne and then recorded it on my 4th album "Romance". I called it "With Love" - one of my favourites to sing. I worked as a cinema projectionist in London's West End we played this movie for three years, this is the greatest movie EVER just fantastic a real gem, I love it, at the end of the movie we could see people wiping their eyes,.

I always felt that when the camera came back to the Peter, after we see eddie grab his hand, it should have been the young man peter duchin playing, not still the little boy. it would have given much more the feeling of time movement.
