Somewhat understandable: as a child I only liked video games board games sports stuff toys and cards. Most formal clothes socks and underwear almost made me cry. To me it was boring but as I got older and needed clothes and found out how expensive things had gotten yeah I was appreciative. I now love anything thought counts I just love ripping wrapping paper is all. Eddy was being a spoiled brat but if your young and get nothing but formal clothes that aren’t cool it’s irritating. Even as a kid I got cartoon theme t shirts and shorts and it was cool

I enjoyed getting clothes for Christmas as a kid. There were Christmases where I've received nice sweaters and pants and shoes for Christmas. In fact i still remember when i was 13 or 14 and my mom got me this Sweet Platinum Fubu Fat Albert pants and Jacket and blue fat albert and the Cosby kids shirt to match for Christmas. Best Christmas gift ever! I was grinning a Kool-aid smile 😁

Either 1: Eddy always leaves out a list, but it usually consists of expensive items his parents can’t afford, like a car or a diamond watch. Or 2: Clothing is his parents’ version of giving him lumps of coal. Or 3: The clothing presents are actually a decoy and they hid his real presents somewhere else, meaning that they know he does this every year.
