How do you come up with the ideas for these arrangements? Especially the harmonies in the right hand, and the rhythms in the left hand. This is amazing by the way!

A lot of the rhythms I just sort of make up as I go along, adding in quirks and arpeggios where i feel they fit (it's really tough to explain, sorry xD), but the harmonies are almost all based off the chord I'm playing. So, using the first chord as an example (C minor), any note I play can have a C, Eb or G played with it and it will fit! If you want to know anything more I'll do my best to explain, I appreciate the comment c:

Ross Wardle I'm in the process of writing my own EDEN medley and I've been trying to play out the piano accompaniment, i usually just play the chord/arpeggio with the left hand but it usually sounds dull and messy. I might try to change up the rhythms and use less of the pedal and see how that goes, thanks for your reply!

a lot of my left hand work is based off the chords, I'll upload the MIDI file for this tomorrow should you want to see the notes. As long as you can add something to change up from just arpeggios, things start to become less messy and repeated. I look forward to hearing your medley c:
