I have to commend the buildings on not having open gutters. Hopefully more buyers will keep demanding this and flooding due to clogged gutters and disease-causing mosquitoes will become a thing of the past. It should actually be a building code requirement

Is it just me? They could have used a better design for the tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. It could have been a simple color to give it a classic look. Also the kitchen design doesn’t look polished. The current tile shown looks outdated. Other than that, I like the outside structure style of the bungalow.

Nothing wrong with that. Any contribution to GDP creates wealth and jobs. What is missing is the same level of activity in the mid and low-income housing segment and when you do see it the quality is mostly below standard.

The truth is it makes sense for dominant nations to value their currency worth 450 times as much as Nigeria currency. That being so they can easily aggressively massively be dominant over Nigeria land with their money. Where I'm at and from 1 dollar of this money in Oakland California is only enough for a drink or snack, I'm sure in Nigeria it doesn't cost 450 naira for a Nigerian to do the same.

So the title says $35,000 but meanwhile the guy's lowest price quoted is 35,000,000 Naira. So can someone tell me why when I convert 35mil naira to £ (my currency), I am getting almost £70K. 35 mil naira in $ is giving me $84,000 ... now this is NOT the $35,000 the title of this video states. I am side eyeing already. I mean is it because it is being featured on youtube that they are inflating the price or what. My native need to stop inflating everything so our people can afford as opposed to foreigners invading. I mean here certain parts of Europe you can get so much for your money for $85,000. The way things are going, I would rather recommend our people to buy from Europe over this inflation madness. For example I live in the 3rd most popular city in Bulgaria, I have sea views and greenland views from my rented apartment from 2 different balconies. You can buy a 1 bedroom apartment for $25,000, during the height of covid you could get one for $14,000. This is completed apartments btw. Now if you buy land outside the top 5 cities or a spacious house (not even mere apartment) sitting on a land that needs a complete reno, you can get one for as low as $3000 with land of 2000m squared land
