A strat that I personally came up with is to go spy and sniper, the spy disguises as the sniper and opens the dead ringer then peeks an enemy sniper and then the real sniper peeks. it sounds dumb but having a fake friendly sniper that doesn’t die gives an extra moment of confusion or distraction that really helps in sniper duels

Thanks for crediting me for my FanWacka™ Gimmick. I do have a 2nd gimmick though, although this one isn't quite as good, its something; Two Spies (preferably 3 or 4) should disguise as one enemy heavy (or soldier, demo, whatever) and the rest as enemy medics with the medigun out. Then the medic-spies will all follow the heavy-spy as if they were healing him. It will be so coordinated that the enemy team won't even think about if you could be spies, since there are multiple of you, and you can all walk through each other too since you are friendlies. Then you can all break disguise simultaneously and start peppering people with a flurry of revolver bullets. Only flaw with this plan is since you have 2-4 spies all disguised as enemies, one of the enemies you are disguised as (medic or heavy) might find you out easily. If that doesn't happen though, then this gimmick can get you places. I call it the PocketSpydic-Gimmick®. best gimmick I have found is an autobalance gimmick, a good backup to have under your belt for if you're doing a different thing well enough that people leave the other team. whoever gets autobalanced goes engie, puts down a tele exit in a place where a tele entrance would normally be, and then puts the entrance nearby. The person from the original team goes Spy and attempts to telefrag the inattentive teammates who stand on the exit thinking they're going someplace. It's easiest when the spy can see the exit from their entrance spot, but if you're coordinated then you can make it work without an entrance in a sightline. Cloak and Dagger is very useful for this.

Gimmick idea: with the beggars bazooka, you can keep ur 3 rockets in the chamber and taunt so when u stop taunting, the beggars will fire, load 3 rockets then to a transversal taunt and get domeone to taunt with u and then stop taunt and watch them just implode
