I used a pre arm setup I learned from a video a few years back. Uses Edge plus [0.0:

That's the thing about Edge. There's usually a number of different ways to accomplish a task. So it comes down to what makes the most sense to you. Conventional wisdom can be helpful in some cases though.

I would suggest to check throttle stick position before allowing the motor to arm. Easy to incorporate into logical switch.

Hello, thank you for your videos. I have had the tx16s for about 20 flights and sf switch I use for high and low rates stop functioning. Is this common with these radios? See others fixing switches but this seemed way to soon.

I've gone through 4 radios in various phases of testing, demos, flight. I have 3 in common use: Demo radio, fixed wing radio, rotary wing radio (all TX16s). I've been flying them at the field for about 2.5 years now. I've had one switch die.

Good news is the switches are inexpensive, available all over the place, and pretty easy to replace.

Thanks. Ypurs was the 2nd method I tried. The other one only had 2 logical switches but the momentary button didbt "prearm". I folowed your steps and it didnt work but for some reason it started to work later 🧑‍🎓

Try tuning on your add filter if you aren’t using a flight computer like iNav or beta flight.

I wish now I had invested in your kind of transmitter and receivers! But I had already bought the overpriced Spectrum stuff before I got it! I haven't had any issues with it yet but I've been hearing it's not that great!

Most people I've talked to about it have said they were able to sell their Spektrum gear and have plenty enough to buy a kitted out Radiomaster.

You've missed something. EdgeTX doesn't get a vote. If it's set correctly, it works. Best bet is to join discord and ask there.
