Every year I harvest the kumquat from my edible garden and preserved them by cooking with sugar and vinegar. It can keep for one year or more in the fridge. In Japan we use it for sore throat and cough relief. It also helps to prevent from getting colds. Eating it regularly can enhance immunity.

It was funny you say tears after deseeding 10k those are my feelings every season I make marmalade. Results are always rewarding for it's a delicious fruit to preserve. Greetings 🇦🇷

Please try , you will love it . But removing the seeds is very tedious .

Thanks for the interesting video. De-seeding seems to be the most work, can't one just prick holes in the kumquats and boil them with the sugar?
