+Katie Lynam You can use normal Elmers glue as a peel off base coat. Paint a thin layer on, let it dry clear, and then paint your nails like you normally would.

Ok so the silicon mat does work and you put a clear top coat over your design and then let dry and peel up. The stamper, you're suppose to have a stamping plate and it has these designs all over it. And the dip power is useful because it's an easier, more cheaper way in the long term perspective than going to get your nails done at a salon. Sorry don't mean to be rude

i hate how they dont know how to put the turd on lilies finger. 1. make your design and let it dry completely. 2. once dry put another layer of top coat on top of the design also around it. let it dry completely. 3. put a base coat on your finger then gently. peel off the design and place it on your finger. 4.finally put another top coat on
