Hi there. I ended up returning the printer because I Just wasn’t doing as much cakes. It worked well for the time that I did have it thou.

Hi, can you tell me how your printer is holding up? I bought this same model from icinginks in July 2021 and it’s not working already. I got error codes 1700 and 5B00. Sadly I have a lot of ink cartridges on my hands. I’m from the Caribbean also.

Hi there. I did get a couple error during the time I had it. I always had to unplug or restart. I returned mine only because I wasn’t doing as much cakes. I’m sorry I can’t help with the error codes

There is a sheet of plastic attached to the edible sheet. You peel the paper from the plastic
