Quick correction, that amaryllis decklist is our decklist from YCS Raleigh, Frazier then netdecked the list and took it to a top 16 finish at an EWCQ.. but yes amaryllis is the 4th best deck

Great list. My only problem is that saying that a deck is bad because it isn't unfair is disingenuous because Edison is a fair format that is centered around back and forth. Even decks like Blackwings, Vayu Turbo and Frog are indeed fair, they can't really lock you out of playing the game. The reason decks like Hero Beat aren't good is because locking your opponent out of having their turn by loading your deck up with backrow and stopping all of their plays doesn't work in a format where Heavy Storm is legal. Backrow wipes enforce a fair gamestate where both player are able to have their turn. The most unfair thing about Edison is that Heavy Storm can be negated with Solemn Judgement and Starlight Road, and even then, you can use Prohibition to stop those negates before using Heavy.

Always so harsh on Gadgets. T_T I bubbled out with them twice in a row at the EU UTW events, going from 6-1 into 6-2. Did top a case tournament with them. But I guess all the hate just keeps me pushing for that top, haha!

After looking at the DD7 data I think the Lightsworn hype is p fair. Even when ppl knew what they were going up against a week in advance, LS still had a high WR.

@@NoSuccGaming In my extreme experience playing GB basically non stop for 5 months straight with a few hundred matches, also play with a lot of amaryllis and seeing its potential and winning, finally machina. I’d put those three decks literally right below frog, bw, vayu decks. Usually with a good chance of winning too tbh but get varianced out bc of oppressions or random power bww plays. But I do think ama is great. I have the deck full max rarity, I’ll have to do a quick profile of it before I put it back in the binder.

Machina actually won an event being piloted by Aalvarado. Its deff above Amaryllis, which hasnt won a major event. Amaryllis is bottom of tier 1.5, because of its inconsistency. But i get ur Bias.

@@NoSuccGaming both have the same amount of tops according to format library. When you factor in how many less people play Machina vs how many more people play Amaryllis, i would definitely say Machina is better. Plus Machina more consistent, which also factors in.

I played against a friend of mine with dark gaia and he played quickdraw. i won several matches in a row :D The deck is just insane otk potential but has a very slow engine in itself which can not really win longer games. It does not gather enough resources to push past turn 6 if your otk does get interrupted except if u draw return

The italian monster mash was built quite different, im tryin it rn. today on db lost 2-1 on tight matches with a dark creator played by a chicago champion ycs. Btw as an italian im ok with the jokes, we’re a crazy country😢

watching this tier list i was JUST thinking why nobody plays machina gadgets in edison…that was a legit deck for years after edison and it seems like its power level is well suited for edison
