Hello, thanks for learning me how sharepoints works. I realy appriciate! In this case you can't work with two or more people together on one file, isn't? Is there a way I can edit a .PDF file with a collegea/friend like we can do in Excel, Word etc?

Thanks for the kind words. As far as I know, PDFs do not support co-authoring

Strange, This usually happens when you have read only access to the doc library

does Adobe have an add-in where you can edit in the browser and NOT have to open the software?

I am not aware of one

Do you just need Adobe Acrobat desktop and a E3 licensed user account with OneDrive? Or is there something you need to configure in 365 Admin ?
@SharePointMavenАй бұрын
Correct, Adobe Desktop and M365 license. Nothing else to configure in the Admin Center.

I would love to know how to make PDFs reliably read-only in SharePoint. It’s a mixed bag as to whether they open in the SharePoint edit view or the Adobe Document Cloud, but it usually ignores the permissions I set on those documents. Very frustrating for fillable forms!
