Random Kid A flight with the Greater Boston Soaring Club? Which glider? I think you can still have a great time even if the VSI isn't spot on. Heck, two hours is pretty good.

William McGehee Travis, I started flying in Sept of last year and my first solo was in May. I'll be taking my private pilot flight exam in a few weeks. I hope all is well with you.
