It is not iCloud locked. I literally saw it on select your region. If it was on that that means it’s not iCloud locked because if it was iCloud blocked it would be in a different screen. it could be I don’t know I’m guessing it’s not it’s easy to on iCloud lock do you have to call the original owner or use iTunes to restore it but you have to put it in recovery mode which is easy

@Scarletdavidson-r67h It doesn‘t work though. It‘s completely useless. Your phone didn‘t get locked because it didn‘t have Find My iPhone enabled (and you would also know the iCloud login), this iPad was 13 years old and locked. You can‘t get rid of an Activation Lock by resetting it.
