Today's editorial:- This editorial appears to discuss the importance of impartiality and fairness in judicial proceedings. It highlights the critical role of judges in ensuring justice is not only served but also perceived as fair. The language used by judicial officers can be a significant factor in revealing hidden biases, whether intentional or not. Such biases can undermine the credibility of the judicial process, making it essential for judges to be cautious and deliberate in their choice of words to maintain impartiality and uphold public trust. My score 8/9 Thank you ma'am ❤️❤️❤️

This matter become serious because of a judge ( Karnataka High court) V.srishananda bad comment to a woman lawyer and this all was live stream then supreme court criticise the judge . The judge apologies after the suo motu notice . The supreme court also warned the judges of haryana and Punjab high court . For this a handbook was also released in 2023 to assist the legal community in identifying, understanding and combating stereotypes about women . Today's Editorial:- Recently Apex court's Five-bench judges headed by CJI(chief justice of India) DY Chandrachur deciphered Karnataka High Court Judge over sexting comment to a female lawyer in open court which was going live and recorded aftermath SC suo moto taken this incident and gave notice for the same to HC Judge and judge apologize for the same and SC also remarks that a judge should be unbiased and respect or adhere to the constitution's laws. This is not the first incident when Lower or middle court's judges prejudiced someone and commented a unlawful statement. However a handbook was also released in 2023 which describes the eithics and laws that should be followed by the judges but it seams reckless until now. Hence it is again a great move by SC hope after this the judges of lower may be more cognizance in court hearings. Thank u mam❤ 8/8

Now the hearings of court are not bounded in four-walls of court. Some courts used live-streamed during their proceedings .In judicial fraternity all judges and everyone should be adhere all norms and act accordingly. The act of V.Shrishanada, Karnataka High Court judge is very disappointing. Not only he commented on woman lawyer but also called "Muslim dominated locality in West Bengal as ''Pakistan''.The judicial system must be true and fair and also neutral in all the times.

Crux of today's editorial: The Supreme Court of India has criticized judges for being biased and sexist and making "casual observation". The judges must abide by the constitutional values and must not have prejudice. The court proceedings are accessible to all as they are live-streamed and so they must act accordingly. A five-judge bench headed by the Chief Justice of India, D.Y Chandrachud rebuked the Karnataka High Court Judge for making a sexist comment on a woman lawyer on two different judicial proceedings. Moreover, the Karnataka High Court Judge had previously called a Muslim-dominated locality as 'Pakistan' which was fundamentally wrong under the constitution. The Judge apologized thereafter. The Attorney General and the Solicitor General advised the Court to arrange in-house proceedings so that the misinformation would not be circulated on social media. But this was joked by the CJI. The court has also warned a judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court of making "random, unwarranted " remarks during proceedings. The court came out with a handbook that contains gender-unjust terms to fight against stereotyping within the judiciary. The first and foremost religion of the Judiciary bodies is to be fair in all senses.

8/9🕊️ Description of the Day: The top court of India have stringently lambasted those Judges who are revealing their communal biasness and misogyny during the verdict in the court, as in many occasions around the country the high court judges are amateurish towards women lawyers and referred Muslim dominated locality in west Bengaluru as 'Pakistan'. In 2023, the court released a handbook to combat gender stereotyping about women. It is inescapable for the court officials to be neutral towards their verdict and run the judicial ecosystem without any biasness towards any community, gender and religion.

Crux Of The Editorial The Supreme Court of India has raprimanded judges of the high court because of their communal bias or misogyny. Recently, Karnataka High Court Judge V. Shreenanda made a sexist comment on a woman lawyer. In some courts judicial proceedings are live streamed across the country that can impacts the entire judicial system adversely. In an another judical proceeding the Karnatka High Court judge referred a muslim loacted area as "Pakistan" . These types of statements are fundamentally wrong in our constitution. SO with respwct to these incidents a five judge special bench headed by Chief Justice Of India Mr. Chandrchud to lookafter this matter. Thanks Mam...........

The supreme court of India has repped judges over the knuckles and asking them form making "casual observations". The supreme court said that the top court was firm that judges and everyone in the judical fratrnity mut be aware of the responsibility and act accordingly..the suo motu cognisace of the video clips featuing karnataka high Court judge's his sexist comment to a woman lawyer on during two separate judicial procedings and refered to a muslim- dominated locality in west bengaluru as 'pakistan'. And that the remark as well constitution, Last month the court had cautioned a panjab and haryana high Court to stop making "random unwarranted" Remrks during proceeding. In 2023 the court relesed a handbook to combat gender stereotypinng withing the judicarly and the handbook say that in indentifying understanding and combating sterotypes about women. The thus judiciarly abot the funcition of the biast community.
