"The Winstons - Amen Brother" is the name of the song which contains the specific drum sequence, thus the name "amen break". Search for it if you want to know more. Ruff guide to basic break beat/D+B beat layout for ya... number = position of beat in bar, and - = no note Kick = |1 - - - | - - - - | - - 3 - | - - - - | Snare = | - - - - | 1 - - - | - - - - | 1 - - - | Secondary shuffle Snare (every 4 bars) | - - - - | - - - 3 -| 1 - - | - - - - | Hat = | 1 - 3 - | 1 - 3 - | 1 - 3 - | 1 - 3 - | Shaker = | - 2 - 4 | - 2 - 4 | - 2 - 4 | - 2 - 4 | (hat and shaker can be reversed depending on sound) I think that's right, did it off top of my head. ;)

Oh sick, I might have to snap myself up a copy n1! Ye it was a teebee tune, released on photek, not by photek ... I misremembered. There were none for sale for quite a while when I looked a few years back, and the only ones that did pop up were considerably more than these. Glad I didn't buy at the time, I knew it was too much, it's a good tune, but it's not super well known or a mega classic or anything, I just personally really liked it, but not for £50 xD.
