Man! Kyle is a genius! I'm in tears as I'm watching this. Almost everything I have been doing is to run away from the present moment where I feel unloved, rejected, unwanted, unseen. Right now I have been trying to figure out if I'm going to move to another state, go to school, take cooking lessons, yoga, etc . I have been in this cycle for years now doing different things. When I heard that I immediately felt it because I do deny my feelings at times and consider them to be negative when in actuality they are a sign and a guide that needs to be acknowledged. This IS something that I will work on daily. Thanks again Ed! You are a light in this world.

I once thought there were good feelings and bad feelings and that it was my job to reject the bad feelings (sadness, anger, frustration, etc) and turn on the good (happy, lightness, optimism, etc). When I learned that I should be listening to those "bad" emotions, I can hear what my body is trying to tell me and deal with sh!t. There are no good or bad emotions. Just emotions. I'm so glad I am not alone in that catergorization, and to figuring out how to allow them to flow and acknowledge them.

The last topic God explained it to me. The vision that hase been given is just a preview of what is coming next. From the human eye/brain, it feels like it is in the future because we are not expressing it "now". Let go of the past, now and future there is only pure life ♡! God only works with one time and that is… The right timing. We are energetically working on matching ourselves to that vibration of that life preview. Between "you and that life preview" that is pre-sented to you are for example energetic beliefs or bad habits that needs to change. That's when the inside come in you have to fast, stop eating sugar, stop drinking etc it's all connected to your next best life story. It's not just the story he showd you also what vibriton is needed in that life story that is already existing. Just accept the preview and feel the energy of creation start flowing. Hi Ed This has been transformative session for me personally. Although there is always something unique and a new perspective all your guests bring but this by far has been something that has moved me to the edge. I have been to quit job and get into entrepreneurship but it was always on back burner coz of race for money. In last few weeks while I been listening to your content and others, reflecting - I was trying to get to decision on when to quit .. like 3 months or 6 months. But something shifted listening to this interview last night and just in moments decision I had dreaded became so easy. Without knowing what I am going to do next, or having a job or plan - I was able to break chain from money being the decision maker to where I feel free and open for what is there next. I have put my resignation and even though my mind was giving me survival thoughts of "what if", I decided to hear to something deeper and just resign. It is amazing and can't be described in words. I feel energy , vibrations in body almost like I am shivering (but I am not), tears , joy and peaceful . Thank you brother for this interview and thanks to Kyle for sharing his experience and energy. Amazing Interview with Kyle (I am ordering his Book, and intend to watch his movie). I love the Win, Win, Win concept. And the idea that "We are only this moment". I have been putting off Meditating, letting my Ego convince me that it wasn't worthy of my time to 'do nothing' for even 15 minutes of my day, but now I realize 'doing nothing' is me busy at work doing things for someone else.
