Thank you Ed. I appreciate your hard work to keep us motivated and on track. This is one of my favorites. My background is similar to Barbara. I, too, hate the long winded person in my work environment. My employees look at me and say, "I know, You just want the summary". I think it just comes with the territory of handling a lot in each day. Now I don't feel so bad about it. I see it is part of being the boss. Perhaps it is part of being from a large family. I come from 12 kids. I am second oldest. I hated the chaos growing up. I love it now as an adult, but when it gets too loud or the chaos starts getting out of hand, I have to disappear. In business, I start to feel that trapped feeling I would get when I was in the middle of the chaos and noise growing up. Cutting through the garbage and getting to the point is my safety raft. Then I am free to get back to what I need to do. I love being able to determine my own path.

She said many things that I loved but the thing that stood out the most is when she said “our strength comes from our greatest weaknesses, if we have the strength to realize it.” It is the truth. My weakness was school, I used to hate school and I can’t say that I did much work when I was in it. I had an epiphany in March and it definitely came from god because I sure as hell wouldn’t have thought of it. But it is to major in something where I would have to take all the courses I used to struggle with as a child. Do I feel qualified? No, but I know that I am because god knows me more than I do. That’s how I know I’m qualified and will accomplish what he put in my heart. He shows out in the underdogs.
