When Ed tells a story, everyone on earth is going to listen because he cares about everyone on earth.

Great inspiration for me ! I have the challenge of "chemo brain". It's good to hear: "I can figure this out" and give myself a break even though the people in my life don't always give me a break. Thanks!

If I ever said anything ineffectual to someone whom I deeply admire and respect, because I wasn't being my normal self, or was listening to someone I shouldn't have, I apologize to that person, especially in the case of that man being my True Self. Thank you to the people who matter for your superior intention and wisdom. I appreciate you and took massive action tonight, so I quickly jotted down the number of a person who wants to buy a home in Hollywood Hills area, right before a restaurant manager got on my case for not buying drinks at 10:30pm. A wise man I follow said that timing constitutes much of business success, and I took that to heart. Thanks for the win, Ed!

Ed is 100% spot on Tony Robbins also teaches the "anchoring" a specific body move to get your self in state I went to his Unleash The Power conference and it was incredible literally life changing. I found Mylett like a year or so ago and been a faithful follower since thank you for the amazing content!

Ed As always unbelievable content! But as a player that has played with the Colts in 2008-2010, Omaha was just telling us whatever the count was in the huddle, it is now a quick count on first sound…..I understand your message and how it relates to what you were referring to about a trigger for confidence. I battled it all the time in my 7 years playing for multiple teams n leagues, especially after my injury in 2009 when I had a lys franc grade 3 to my foot. But battled back to put some closure to my career in 2012 and now through growth personally and professionally, the power of momentum is pushing my wife and myself to open a third location in her business which will involve me giving my knowledge of training and football to help develop youth in my area to ultimately have more confidence in their abilities through training the mind as well as the body. Westfield IN 2024 here we come!

Oh SO RIGHT! Injury and injured posture eats away at our confidence. Had a new technique introduced to me today of "snapping/whipping/throwing" play arms to release the shoulder tension. I instantly felt energy flowing in my shoulders and face... like a numbing... without pain! 🙌

Don't live your life for LIKES 🙌 💯 I post because I want to. Others get mad at me for not "playing by the rules"/being like everyone else. I know their good hearted intention is to help me get views, but it's not why I post. Social Media is my legacy. My "this is what's going on in my life", should anyone be interested. Other than that, I don't ask for follows or subscribers or likes. Never have. Maybe it's the recluse in me. Maybe I feel it breeds expectations I don't care to reciprocate. Either way... I stay in my lane and try not to ruffle too many feathers. But when I do, I ruffle big ones... the ones that matter.
