I think may mas sense ang MRT Line 3 extension to MOA unless kung irerebuild yung Taft Ave station na maging elevated para straight through all the way to MOA. For me, if they are going to build monorail from Edsa Taft to MOA, it will be triple inconvenience for the majority of commuters. 1. Double Fare 2. Struggle to switch from monorail to MRT 3. Could experience long line to enter MRT station or Monorail

Gagawin na ba yung "pinropose"? magkakaroon pa yan ng debate kung pa'no yung plano, budget, shares sa revenue at kung worth it ba na itayo yung project, o kung meron bang masgandadang o mas murang solusyon. About time! Such a very short distance between MRT Pasay station to MOA poses challenge to commuters since one needs to flag jeepney or ebike just to cross Roxas Boulevard to get to MOA Complex or Double Dragon Mall. It's not always that circuit bus going to PITX roams around. Another notable development is Robinsons Mall buying built at Asia World in Parañaque @ PITX Complex replacing the defunct Coastal Mall. Likewise, Ayala Malls Manila Bay has its own modern transport hub underneath it's mall connecting it to Ayala One in it's Makati property (the former Intercontinental Hotel complex).

Pasay monorail will be further extended po papunta sa mga bagong reclamation po - like SM MOA reclamation islands A and B, Pasay City reclamation, Solar City, Horizon Manila and papunta sa PICC Sofitel / CCP Star City area. Hopefully ma-extend din sa kabilang side naman papuntang ASEANA CIty, AYala Malls Manila Bay, Parqal and sa mga integrated resorts like Solaire, City of Dreams, Resorts World Bayshore, Bagong Nayong Pilipino, Okada

SM project po yan hindi sa government. Para po siguro mas madaling pumunta sa MOA, kasi magkakaroon ng LRT station na malapit Ayala Malls manila bay at bagong Parqal Mall kaya kaya ata nila gagawin yan.

1st moa. 2nd coordination sa lgu 3rd planning/survey 4th construction Hindi po ganoon kadali ang mag tayo ng infra na tipong akala mo nag saing ka lang. It takes yrs to decades depende sa infra type

Malabo po. Una sa lahat sa at grade ang last station ng mrt. Habang nasa taas above grade naman ang lrt na nakatutok mismo sa isat isa. Kung ididiretso ang mrt. Wala ng madadaanan ang mga vehicles sa crossing ng taft. Mas malakinh problema yun. Kaya the best way dyan is monorail na hindi belong sa mrt at lrt connections. Pwede rin subway pero malabo pa dahil wala naman proposed subway sa vicinity ng moa along taft
