The education system in Norway is focussing on holistic growth of kids without forcing them to perform and compete. It somewhere builds their confidence but also make them soft unlike in India where we are pressurised to perform from primary school years. Overall this video is a well articulated information..India should learn few things from Norwegian system.

How is the quality of education in Norway compared to India or USA. We have lot of competition in India which has its pros and cons. I wont talk about cons, but on brighter side it prepares students for the competitive world. We have IITs and IIMs which are considered as one of the worlds top reputed universities. Compared to this how is the quality of education in Norway? I am trying to learn about this and appreciate any insights from anyone who has experience in Norway.
