My question is,is that a brass rod with flux,or a silver solder rod,it looks like brass I’m in Ireland and we used oxy acetylene torches for both.

Thanks for that . Low magnesium copper brazing rod no flux at copper to copper. However you need borax flux for brass to copper or brass to brass 👍🏻

​@@Sefolli_Klodjan we used to call that cupotechnic its not pretty but does the job i worked in industrial engineers passed them the company made money because the apprentices could do them
