Have been heavily investing my time on Cycling & Running for triathlons and I'm just realizing the absolute need for good stretching. It is as important as the workouts themselves, I would even say stretching is an absolute necessity. Thanx doc this has helped a lot in stretching my sore calves & plantar fasciitis..

If anyone’s lucky enough to read this. I had plantar fasciitis for nearly 6 months. Tried every stretch, iced it, rested my foot as much as possible. Nothing worked. I thought I was never getting over this thing. UNTIL.. I bought the copper compression plantar fasciitis night sock. I’ve used it now for over a month. I fall asleep with it on. And guess what? My pain is gone and my foot actually feels normal again. This is the honest to Gods truth. Try it. It really does work. You’re welcome! ✌️

Can you share where you bought it? If you can share the exact one you ordered, that would be very helpful. Thank you.

I just want to point out when you’re using the ball, your feet should be pointed forward not laterally like her feet are. But this looks great! I can’t wait to try it.

Thanks for the very detailed video. However, what is the benefit of doing these starches and who does need them?
@TheRehabAddicts9 жыл бұрын
+Llro dasmaz Hi there, These stretches are for those of us that have plantar fasciitis. The intention of ball release to any area is to release any build-ups of scarring within tissue that may restrict movement and as such works towards a better range of motion. So if your heels or feet feel tight, there is likely something stopping them from moving properly and so the irregular tissues need to be broken down. I hope this helps and sorry for the delay in response!

hello, can I use a tennis ball?
@TheRehabAddicts8 жыл бұрын
+himalayandream Hi there! You can use a tennis ball to start if you are finding your foot very sore, the issue is that they are often a bit too soft to get much of a release within the tissue. If it is all you have, it is definitely better than nothing! If you can't find a ball like the one shown in the video, you may graduate to a lacrosse ball when you find that the tennis ball isn't doing it for you anymore. I hope this helps! Have a wonderful day!
