I've had such terribly tight calves recently -- this is so much easier and more do-able for me than trying to use a foam roller! Thank you for the tips!

Hi there! I'm not aware of any thesis that has been done on this specific mobility sequence but I think it would be a great idea!

should this be done every day?, should i would up before rolling the lacrosse ball? im a runner suffering with tight calfs

I think doing this daily will help a lot. Especially if you’re a runner with a mid foot strike :)

I was in bootcamp in San Diego when my senior drill instructor gave us these lacrosse balls and told us to roll out our feet during square away time. I remember it made running less painful the morning after and was amazing. Hurts it a good way.

Is this much better than hockey ball?

Hmm…I’m not too sure, but they’re probably relatively similar.

I made these using electrical tape when i was in bootcamp at san diego. Only used it on my feet, but rolling out my feet was amazing.
