Those acnes could be hormonal and yes peppermint tea helps with balancing hormones. I drink it too. Try to meal prep I have been meal prep the last two months I take 5-6 hours and make few dishes with fish, veggies, lamb chops veggies, salmon veggies and I also started to do salad meal prep and just add everyday my choice of protein. We can do this sis ❤
