She looks great. I’d rather be healthy and thin/in shape than overindulging and putting processed foods in my diet. Fast foods & frozen foods /processed foods make my stomach hurt. Idk how people go every day eating like that day in and day out. She looks amazing and I’ve noticed when people are insecure they tend to tell in shape women that they need to eat.

This was so inspiring! I’ve been slim or average my younger years. Three years ago I had gained weight, I worked with a trainer and went back to my regular weight. Now, I back up and need to lose thirty pounds again. It’s takes effort to maintain my healthy weight, but it matters. Great talk👏🏾👏🏾

Chile. Her marriage is a shit show, respectfully. Her husband doesn't like her and that baby wasn't lying. He has....or had a gf. He talks to her like he is disgusted with her because he is. He only got his act together when she threatened divorce. That's not "working it out ", that's the overplay for the underlay. If the situation was reversed he would have thrown her out on the steeets. This isn't what marriage is supposed to be. A prison sentence. But far too many like to tout this as some testament to marriage. The " realties" of marriage when you're sleeping with the enemy aren't necessarily realities, they're consequences and repercussions. Better her than me like the old folks say.
