Used to go watch Edwin at the music farm in Charleston like every week and his spirit just resignated with me- I got so comfortable- I would go up to the upper deck and have drinks with the band’s mothers. Truly incredible experience.

Such a beautiful song with a strong message to all. What a beautiful collaboration & friendship! ♥️ The sooner we look beyond our differences & truly accept one another, the sooner this country will find peace. It’s not the governments job to instill equality, it is up to each & everyone of us!! 🙏

I miss your music so much! I miss seeing you in person. It’s nobodies fault but my own. Life just got pulled out from under me and I’ve lost a couple people I loved dearly. One being my mother. She would hurt if she had lived to see this 2020 world we live in. Anyhow watching this video gave me chills. Actual goosebumps. I hope one day to see you in Colorado again. I’m thankful for the day I found you by winning tickets to see you at a little venue in a Colorado Springs. Saw you a couple times in Steamboat,Boulder, Aurora and another town in the mountains. Thankyou and your whole band for your amazing talent!

Before I became legally blind, I lived in South Georgia for a year and was the recipient of social injustice, so I know exactly what Ty is saying. I an the recipient of social injustice again and again and I keep pressing on, knowing there'll be moments like this when a ray of hope shines through that there are others like myself who know we all deserve peace love and tranquility in our lives and that each of us is unique, we are all God's children and are the same in His eyes. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. Peace and Love and Light to us all! 😊❤🙏🌈💞💖❗

I'm in tears... But you know I'm on the same page. I've heard you sing that song LIVE I'd bet 100 times. None of them come close to this. This is different! No exaggerating. Oh my, the emotion in this recording is over-the-top. I can so feel your hearts. Thanks for doing this; this country needs this mindset to help heal. Over the years, I must say the lyrics that always start my tears are: "Well, now I've never seen a color, 'cept the ones up in the sky... When I see this kind of hatred, I die a little inside." I have always had to close my eyes, bow my head at that point, because it makes me cry. The way I was raised, I, too, never see color. Thanks, you guys. You never disappoint, Edwin. P.S. How long do I have to wait to get this?

You are my favorite artist. Your voice and lyrics are incredible. My husband and I have been listening to you since 1999. I Could Not Ask for More is our love song. So many great memories with your music. Such a beautiful song! Great message. I just recently woken up to what the African American community have gone through. I thought the same thing that those things don't happen anymore. I am so mad at myself and sicken that there are white folks doing these awful things to people that don't deserve it. I wanted to say Mul-Ty amazing beautiful voice. Truly loved it.

Edwin, what an amazing song. Brother, went and saw you at a May Day Concert in the early 90’s. Probably just after I’ll Be released. Lisa Loeb was there too. Man, your writing and performing has meant so much to me in my heart as I went through a lot of heart ache in those days. But with the help of your music….i made it through. I can’t count the times I sang I’ll be in my house and karaoke haha. Thanks brother. Would love to see you again! What a fine musician you have with you. Voice from God. And WE can combat racism with Gods Love brothers.

Not being a party pooper because I literally love Edwin mccain so much I’ve been a fan for over 20 years … but did he just try to subtlety say All Lives Matter? I don’t know…I just didn’t love his response to BLM sorry…say BLM Edwin…we know everyone matters…say Black Lives Matter.
