If you carry on sinning, then you do not love God but are selfish like the devil so you will be joined to your father in hell or repent of your sins and believe in Jesus as God so Jesus adopts you as His child and you will join Him in Heaven forever. Biblical Truth as Interpreted by the church is NOT GOD TRUTH...!! God Truth is Spiritual and must be Spiritually Discerned. I want to thank my Father God for allowing you, Cliffe, to be a tool of the Lord's and be able to, at least I can speak for myself, help me tremendously to understand how ungrateful I am through your speaking at colleges and having the education on the Gospels, and the other 62 books of Love, to be able to confront any 'debate' and leave the other party grasping at straws to avoid admitting defeat. I would enjoy having a lengthy conversation with you and be able to get through my own spiritual battles every day. I am a hypocrite and ask for your sincere prayers for my growth in understanding and strength to overcome my spiritual battles in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Happy Thanksgiving day, may God bless you and your family.

Cliffe Knechtle is not a good person. He is a paid professional actor who pretends to be an intellectual and uses his highly edited videos to appear smarter than he actually is. His "answers" make no sense and when he is asked a question, often times he attacks the person asking the question, including Cliffe's fans in the comments also attacking the person. He is definitely a "tool", but in the derogatory sense of the word. Believe me, nobody is "grasping at straws" when debating him. His default response is a man who knows little to nothing about how the universe works.
@stephenreffner959Ай бұрын
@steviacandyman7892 I'm sorry you feel that way. We all have our own opinions, and we all have the right to express our opinions. Facts are facts though. I was 19 riding a bicycle and encountered a pick-up truck that was traveling 45-50 mph. I lost my military career, I lost my left eye, received a major TBI, was in coma for awhile, among other things. I died 9 times and had 9 doctors with 2 neurosurgeons that said I would need to learn everything again. By the grace of God I didn't. How do you think I survived? It wasn't strictly due to the drs.lone knowledge. I feel there was a higher power who was standing with me as I laid on the road with blood coming out of my eyes, ears, nose, and mouth as my brother, who was behind me on a bicycle and seen it happen, told me. I hope you change your viewpoint. I understand, as most other people do, that the truth hurts, but if you love people you will speak the truth. I would like to know more on your opinion about your personal feelings on Cliffe's debates and the reasons for them. You may see that it is due to fear, but I tell you that fear is a liar. Unless you read, with an open mind, the texts that Cliffe refers to then you will continue down this dark and lonely road.

Then you will still be confused. You people cannot even decide what the "word of God" actually is. Then you claim that is your standard? Is it the bible with 66 or 80 books? Is it the KJV or the NIV? When you say "word of God", you imply a singular source of information and yet the truth is quite obvious. You don't have a "single" source of anything. You are selling a product that you cannot tell people what it actually is.

The Great Day of the Lord 1 The word of the Lord which came to Zephaniah the son of Cushi, the son of Gedaliah, the son of Amariah, the son of Hezekiah, in the days of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah. The Great Day of the Lord 2 “I will [a]utterly consume everything From the face of the land,” Says the Lord; 3 “I will consume man and beast; I will consume the birds of the heavens, The fish of the sea, And the [b]stumbling blocks along with the wicked. I will cut off man from the face of the [c]land,” Says the Lord. 4 “I will stretch out My hand against Judah, And against all the inhabitants of Jerusalem. [d]I will cut off every trace of Baal from this place, The names of the idolatrous[e] priests with the pagan priests- 5 Those who worship the host of heaven on the housetops; Those who worship and swear oaths by the Lord, But who also swear by [f]Milcom; 6 Those who have turned back from following the Lord, And have not sought the Lord, nor inquired of Him.” 7 Be silent in the presence of the Lord God; For the day of the Lord is at hand, For the Lord has prepared a sacrifice; He has [g]invited His guests. 8 “And it shall be, In the day of the Lord’s sacrifice, That I will punish the princes and the king’s children, And all such as are clothed with foreign apparel. 9 In the same day I will punish All those who leap over the threshold, Who fill their masters’ houses with violence and deceit. 10 “And there shall be on that day,” says the Lord, “The sound of a mournful cry from the Fish Gate, A wailing from the Second Quarter, And a loud crashing from the hills. 11 Wail, you inhabitants of [h]Maktesh! For all the merchant people are cut down; All those who handle money are cut off. 12 “And it shall come to pass at that time That I will search Jerusalem with lamps, And punish the men Who are settled[i] in complacency, Who say in their heart, ‘The Lord will not do good, Nor will He do evil.’ 13 Therefore their goods shall become booty, And their houses a desolation; They shall build houses, but not inhabit them; They shall plant vineyards, but not drink their wine.” 14 The great day of the Lord is near; It is near and hastens quickly. The noise of the day of the Lord is bitter; There the mighty men shall cry out. 15 That day is a day of wrath, A day of trouble and distress, A day of devastation and desolation, A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, 16 A day of trumpet and alarm Against the fortified cities And against the high towers. 17 “I will bring distress upon men, And they shall walk like blind men, Because they have sinned against the Lord; Their blood shall be poured out like dust, And their flesh like refuse.” 18 Neither their silver nor their gold Shall be able to deliver them In the day of the Lord’s wrath; But the whole land shall be devoured By the fire of His jealousy, For He will make speedy riddance Of all those who dwell in the land.

I pray one day to meet Jesus who returned as Almighty God rather than a mere man who admits often "I do not know." I don't worship any man or earthly hero like I was fooled in the past. I worship the one true God Jesus Christ who has a new name as Revelation prophesied "the Almighty."

Almighty God's words says that giving alms to the poor or charity is not the focus of our duty to God nor is it God's will. God's will is to save mankind but charity distracts us away from our real duty which is to real Almighty God's words in order to know how we can cooperate with God in order to become approved, commended and qualified qualified by God to enter His kingdom. That is our whole duty in life and all the rest cannot and will not get us into heaven. If we miss this our whole life of faith in God will be bankrupt and we will miss heaven. 😮

As Jesus not John sorry my typo mistake. He came as a human and humans at that time saw, heard, talked with, walked with, ate with and lived alongside with God in human form. He promised to come back again and that has come true. Actually He doesn't just come back once but twice according to the Bible, first as a thief in the night or in other words in secret then publicly on clouds when every eye will see Him. He will be rejected by this generation because He comes back as an ordinary human or in other words a son of man or incarnated flesh of God the first time and the second time He comes back with power and great glory on clouds with all the millions of His angels. Then "all kindreds shall mourn" this is because they will realize that He is Almighty God or Jesus whom they rejected or "pierced." Almighty God IS Jesus! What a jaw dropper that will be!!!😮😢😮😢😮😂

I prayed God You loved me so much that You CAME as Jesus! Sent Jesus means that God's Spirit sent Himself into a baby named Jesus conceived by the Holy Spirit born of a virgin Mary so it was a miraculous birth created by God in order that God Himself could enter our world similar to us except without sin to become our sacrifice in our stead to redeem us of our sins. We still sin today that is why He had to come back again to complete the work of judgment and salvation on us.

@@braydenweese1407 except that it is. the term doesn’t need to be explicitly stated in the Bible. we gave it a term for us to better understand it. it is however Biblical in concept because it asserts that God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son, and the Holy Spirit are one in 3 persons, rather than being completely separate from one another. John 1:1-5 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of all mankind. The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.” From the very mouth of Jesus in John 10:29-30 “My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. Praying a prayer does not save you. You must believe, repent, confess, be baptized and live faithful. Acts 2:38. How was the Apostle Paul save. Read the book of Acts to learn Truth about the Salvation Plan. 2 Thessalonians 1:7-9 you must obey the Gospel and be added to the LORD'S Church.
@steviacandyman7892Ай бұрын
That is nice, however it is meaningless. Every Christian believes something different and it is such a spectrum, one end to the other could almost be called entirely different religions. You people don't even agree on salvation, or the basic teachings of Jesus Christ in the new testament. It's called "getting your story straight" and your religion fails more than any other one I have seen. Then we are expected to take anything else you say as the truth when you can't even establish what that is among yourselves? No thanks.

I promise you the truthfulness of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is in this Church and once you seek for a further understanding, the Spirit will confirm upon you the validity of what we preach. Christs Church is opened to all. We welcome everyone. There is so much knowledge, understanding, and blessings in this church. William Shakespeare once said “knowledge is the wing where with we fly to heaven” I love you all. Peace

Ed and Cliff... you dudes are still stuck in the 1980s. The only one's interested in "evangelical apologetics" is already-convinced evangelicals.Have you every met anyone who was "converted" by "biblicistic apologetics?" Uhhhh... noooo. Or, rarely. You know who ends up loving apologetics? People "after" the come to some sort of faith. Ask Josh McDowell, ask even Cliff Knechtle, or Josh's son, Sean, hell, ask the "apologetics department at Talbot Seminary, "who here was converted to evangelicalism thru "apologetics?" Few... if any. And the stories, illustrations, the biblicistic gymnastics Cliff is using... are the same dumb circular answers from 1982. Hell, Cliff isn't even dressing any different. He still looks like he shops from the same 1984 Lands End catalog. Remember, knowledge is not intellect. It's just knowing stuff. It's not actual deep theology. It's just updated Great-Awakening-until-2024-American-Evangelical-ChristianISM. It's time to evolve and give a better message about Christ's LOVE.
@bigscoopofficial73303 ай бұрын
To answer your question, the main point of evangelical apologetics isn’t to convert someone to Christianity. It’s to have an open and honest conversation about faith and to allow the person to open themselves up to the truth so that in time once that seed is planted that they seek truth and see for themselves what Christ is all about and by God’s grace will turn to Christ. No man can convert someone, only Jesus Christ thru the Holy Spirit can change someone’s heart. Apologetics is like a how-to guide on spreading our faith like the Bible calls us to do.
