Hi! Really nice video! I'm planning a trip to Mexico next year and I'm going to Campeche in order to visit this site. Could you tell me, please, where can I get the colective taxi to the site? It is easy to come back to Campeche? I've read taxis can be taken near the market, but don't know where exactly or how I can come back after the visit. Thank you!

Go to the main bus stop next to the market and ask where the collectivos going to Edzna are (it's nearby). Collectivos will drive you directly there and pick people up at the site's parking lot to go back to Campeche. I recommend getting an early start for heat and crowds. Also you don't want to risk not catching the last collectivo going back (probably 5pm)

i have a question. why is edzna so peaceful when we are comparing to chichen itza or tulum? did you guys take a guide?
@HumoftheEarth
@HumoftheEarth 2 жыл бұрын
Because Chichen Itza and Tulum are in tourist areas. Campeche is a bit more off the beaten path

What happened to the bike then?
@HumoftheEarth

Flying with the bike isn't fun so I only bring it along for a minimum of 10,000 KMs which is currently possible with border restrictions

I went here yesterday and I kid you not I had the strangest physical and spiritual experience there. I had a few aches in my body for over a few weeks and they disappeared completely after being there for about 5 minutes. Also after arriving I felt my spirit jumping inside my underbelly and that became stronger and stronger. I was shaking a lot but it wasn't a negative feeling it was just so powerfulI. Btw I was there with 2 friends who didn't have the same reaction but to me it was the weirdest thing...
