Mark my wife has worked in a company for three years from 2015 to 2018 but the company don’t want to give us the letter of employment. The company rules are strict and their manager can’t help with that. What would you suggest for us when the company don’t want to cooperate with this informations? Thank you.

Hi Mark, Thanks for the informative video. I have been working as a Web developer since January 2016 under my Proprietor Company name (have my registration certificate). I work with the clients on a project basis, not on fixed hours per week. During the initial years until 2018, I had a couple of clients with fewer works. Probably, fewer than 1560 hours per year. Since 2018 I have been busy working on more projects. That said, should I claim my years of experience only from 2018 to the present and leave 2016-2018 as I had only fewer work which does not meet 1560 hours in 2 years? If I claim five years of work experience since 2016, then should I have 5 X 1560 hours of proof to claim my Work history in the express entry? Thanks for your time, and I appreciate your response.

Hello, Mark! I would be very-very grateful if you could clear up one question. I consider applying for EE in future. Now I am a student (master's degree) and by the end of my program i will have one year of working experience, but the salary is very low (just starting my career and working mainly for experience). Still it's a full-time (40 hours a week), paid job that complies with the requirements of NOC. Is there a chance that immigration officer can make a negative decision based on the amount of salary? Because even high-class physicians and engineers can have low salaries in Russia, unfortunately((( Thank you for the great job you do!

It does not matter Anna. Your job just has to be full time and you should be able to prove that you did it.

Hi Mark, This really a great video for me. I was applied Self employed (federal) as a graphic designer and after 1 year later I got refuse. I have 4+years full time job experience in my country also I am still doing online outsourcing through Marketplace(people per hour, UK based) and i am already completed 237 Design projects and it's continue. Can you please tell me is this OK if I send them all project invoice and withdraw money of marketplace, bank transaction where the money is coming in my account of my country? I was request the marketplace to send me a certificate because I am working their marketplace and they send me a certificate of experience 4 years, the important thing is that the market place does not work like hourly based it's project based work so i don't have the hourly to show of proof but able to show the all project invoice and withdraw document. Also can I show them my design work of a catalog in together? Also can I show them my full time job experience certificate where i am still work in my country with last six month salaries bank statement? Because in before I don't send this kind of information for Immigration with my application. Please suggest please it's a kindly request. Thanks Best wishes Rahat
