My body birthed two humans, and I have breast fed them. My eldest son is now 33, and my youngest is 25. I know I don't look like I am 25 anymore, nor do I wish to look like I am 35. I have aged, skin sags, breasts sag--- it is a fact of life, and every woman My age who knows how to spend money on things that are worth the bucks will attest to it. When I was young, I didn't worry that my body wasn't perfect. I was glad with what God gave me, aside from dropping birthing weight. I am so sad that ppl are never happy with their bodies, or themselves, and always competing with the images that are portrayed on social media, in magazines. They can tell themselves that they do it for themselves, but that isn't true. They do it for acceptance.

I had a rhinoplasty at 17 to correct a deviated septum (late 1970s). From my experience NONE of these patients would be good candidates for plastic surgery because they'll never be happy with the results - NEVER. What's wrong with them is their incredible lack of self-esteem. Their lives will not improve - but they're hoping that a new procedure will. It won't - trust me. The only plastic surgeons who would operate on any of these patients just wants your MONEY - and that's it! And talking to two surgeons who themselves have had multiple procedures is not at a good sign either. Go to a counselor! And that rib removal thing is SICK. I almost died in a car accident 19 years ago and those ribs saved my life - and I had SIX broken ribs! My lung was punctured and had a lacerated liver (along with multiple pelvic fractures, broken arm and tailbone). I was in a wheelchair for 3.5 months and still suffer from pain (plus hardware in my SI so I can walk). I know you all want to look like Kim K or somebody else because you hate the way you look but please stop ruining your bodies!

I like to live by believing everyone is entitled to doing what they want, as long as it doesn’t hurt others, or themselves.. but I do have think that it’s awful and so sad people feel so unhappy and hate their own bodies so much that they continually feel that they need to tweak and change themselves :( we all suffer self esteem issues in life at some point, but to hate yourself so much that you want to change is heartbreaking. I really hope they all manage to find happiness and love themselves 😊. Also on the other side of that, these two doctors are Chang lives for the better, after suffering trauma from accidents or sickness. I love that they smile so much in the end 😇

After the first clip I decided I would pose a comment and ask if anyone else noticed the friend/sister in the brown jumpsuit. I intended to make a sarcastic joke about her wonderful outfit choice. But after watching the whole video it became clear that out of everyone featured in this, she is the least problematic. With every new patient my jaw dropped a little more and more. Having a mental health evaluation should be mandatory before having serious body modification surgery, or any elective surgery for that matter. Anyway, just my opinion 🙃
