Rhinoplasty doesn’t just include cosmetic changes. My brother had a rhinoplasty at 13 because when he broke his nose, he never went to a doctor and the broken bone completely blocked one nostril up top and the bottom part halfway blocked the other nostril. My brother had that corrected so he could breathe again and they also cosmetically corrected his nostrils so it looked like his nose before. It’s not always a bad thing to have a rhinoplasty at a young age. Otherwise, if it’s only for cosmetic reasons, then yes, it is a bad thing at such a young age. Especially considering the face isn’t done growing or changing.

I think you misunderstood what identical and fraternal means. Identical twins is twins in the same placenta. Fraternal is twins in two separate placentas. Identical twins don’t always look the same. Like me and my twin, we’re fraternal but look exactly alike, while my other twin sisters who are much older then me are identical and look absolutely nothing alike.

It should be illegal for a child to have cosmetic surgery done on them if it doesn't contribute to their physical health. Everyone involved needs to be produced in some way if they're fully ok with changing a child's appearance for the sake of appearance.

As an actual identical twin whose parents/family had difficulty telling apart throughout our childhood, twins don’t create some random foreign language. We have the ability to say a couple things here or there, and the other one completely understands, which is why we dominate the board game “taboo“

Just bc your experience as an identical twin was like that, doesn’t mean ALL identical twins are the same. Entirely possible they created (or co-opted) another language to speak to each other that other people couldn’t understand. Just bc you and your twin couldn’t do it doesn’t mean NO identical twins could do it. 🙄
