What have you got to lose by believing? If it's true then you will be saved from Hell If it's not true then there will be nothingness. I myself became Muslim after listening to a talk about Hell. If you read the description in the Quran anyone with sense can see it's the word of God. There is too much detail to be made up by man
@ianalan43677 жыл бұрын
I have never realized it but I think you point out a significant difference between Islam and Christianity. The religion of Jesus Christ seeks the love found in God and the evidence and conviction of our faith to believe. Not so much believing out of a fear of hell though I'm sure many do. Christianity is not based on a book, the Holy Scriptures evolved from Christianity. The Bible is not one man's claim of revelation from an angel it is the recorded account of the proclamations witnessed by many. Interesting differences.
@Wiktorino19847 жыл бұрын
Amen brother Christianity takes Hell from pagan belives. Holy Bible only talks about Judge day nothing about hell. And You should talk Catholicism is not based becose reformed churses like Adventism is total based on Holy Bible.
@kenza25344 жыл бұрын
@@ianalan4367 Many christians worship their god because they are afraid of hell fire too, there is no problem with that, and we muslims worship our god with love too and even more than you do, praying 5 times a day inquire love for god and dedication, fasting ramadan inquire love for god and dedication, giving a specific amount of our wealth to charity inquire love and dedication, waking up the night to pray, memorizing the quran, and more and more inquire love and dedication... Read here the differences between Christianity and Islam : Christianity: - Protestant 66 books, Roman Catholic 73 books, Eastern Orthodox 78. - 3 beings but actually 1 god (Father, Son, Holy spirit) Is this monotheisme ? Surely not John 20:17 :"'I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'" Here it is clear that Jesus claims to have a god the father. How can God have a god if you believe there is only one god ??? Or here Jesus is clearly saying to you I am not god father is my god. - A book evolving throught time written by people, changed again and again and again, throught history, you really think it is valid ? Surely the true message has changed with all these people interfering in it - No scripture of the bible today is coming from the exact time when Jesus lived, the earliest ones were set down nearly 3500 years ago, so how can you claim the bible is 100 % correct ?? - None existence of the core doctrine of trinity with Jesus clearly stating "I am God worship me alone and don't acossiate partners with me" instead he says "I go to my father and your father, my god and your god". Perfect confusion. - Christian always talking about subjective experiences while god gave us intellect and logic to know him and differentiate between right and wrong - Contradicted verses throughtout the bible - Salvation : Believe Jesus died for your sins. How can god die ? Is god capable of everything and merciful why can't he just forgive instead of sending his son to die who said in the end " Eloi eloi lama sabachtani ?! My god my god why did you left me ?!" Is this an all powerful god !!!! Islam : - 1 book " Quran" - 1 God "Allah" - Many prophets (humans) "including the 2 last ones Jesus then Mohammed peace and blessing be upon them" - 1 message and 1 mission "Inviting people to worship one god" - based on logic, rationality, love and sincerity towards one god - no one has ever found a single mistake or contradiction in the quran ever, since the coming of mohammed peace be upon him - Salvation : Worship god and do good deeds - All the forbidden things in Islam are for the good of society and the individual (gambling/alcohol/sexual immorality....) - How to become muslim : "I bear witness that there is no deity but God, and I bear witness that Muhammad is his last prophet and messenger" By practising Islam you are a better human, citizen, worshipper. You win this life and the other.

SIMPLE BASIC LIFE CHANGING TRUTH!!! Ok, look any of this up if you don't believe me, so Hindus believe some of their gods are in mount meru, it's been climbed. Population of Hindus and Jews combined is about 5 percent, Islam believe the earth is flat (Quran 2:22, 15:19, 29:53, 71:19) ok so I could go on theirs many scientific contradictions like ants that talk ask if you want more, and not atheism since there's proof of theism(belief in a god(s)) look up the fine tuning argument and just look how designed and perfect life is, we have lungs a brain (are information storage is 1000 times better than Anything man has ever created) according to science existence had a beginning according to atheism and scepticism everything has to have a cause then how is the cause of existence caused(look it up that existence had a beginning) proving theism now we have two left Christianity and plain theism. I chose Christianity since there is historical evidence of Jesus, the only explanation that's not 'I don't know plain theism' it's moral if you want evidence ask, evidence of world just being sea (biblical story Genesis of drowned world) personal feeling of love for God, takes away fear of death, biggest religion in world, (Islam is fastest growing because there aloud infinite wives like Mohamed, did you know he married a 9 year old, look it up) I'd guess Islam is the devils pick since it promotes violence ask if you want evidence, I would do some personal research. JEREMIAH 29:11 "FOR I KNOW GOD HAS PLANS FOR YOU' DECLARES THE LORD 'PLANS TO PROSPER YOU AND NOT HARM YOU, PLANS TO GIVE YOU HOPE AND A FUTURE" IF ANYONE HAS ANY ARGUMENTS OR CONCERNS AGAINST CHRISTIANITY PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE TELL ME MAYBE YOU CAN PROVE MY FAITH WRONG 8) I don't think so :p that's a challenge ROMANS 8:31 "WHAT THEN, SHALL WE SAY IN RESPONSE TO THESE THINGS? IF GOD IS FOR US, WHO CAN BE AGAINST US? MATHEW 10:28 "AND DO NOT FEAR THOSE WHO KILL THE BODY BUT CANNOT KILL THE SOUL. RATHER FEAR THEM WHO CAN DESTROY BOTH SOUL AND BODY IN HELL" LUKE 11:28 "BLESSED RATHER ARE THOSE WHO HEAR THE WORD OF GOD AND OBEY IT."

The Quran was sent as good news to those who believe and follow right path in life which is Islam. With the promise of eternal peace and happiness in the Gardens of Paradise. The Quran not only tells us about the life after death is explicitly explains in vivid descriptions what Heaven and Hell is like. Aswel as telling us about scientific facts one in particular is The Quran tells us in explicit detail how the embryo forms in the womb this was 1300 years before the invention of the microscope. It is logical to come to the conclusion that only God could have revealed this information as it was impossible for man to know this at the time. At the end of the day God has gave us the free will to decide what we want to believe. The information is there to investigate. On things for sure We're all gonna die and we will all find who's right. For me I trust in God and I believe in the Quran

brother hamza u must teach such a tolerant way of debate to the Muslims our world.
@marianjunior238 жыл бұрын
Like many muslims Hamza argues in an obnoxious, patronising manner as opposed to Jonathan who expresses his opinion in a way more gentle manner in a way more articulate way, without emphasising his opinion like it's the ultimate truth. I have many good muslim friends, I respect their freedom to believe whatever they like. I find a lot of what Islam teaches correlates with the principles of Christianity, Judaism and with what are considered good moral values in the society. The best of the muslims in their actions I know are the ones who are tolerant, who keep their religious practice to themselves without the need to convince others about it. They don't judge if one is of a different religious belief, different sexual orientation or choose to enjoy an occasional drink or like their "Full english" with bacon. The best muslims in evident action for me are those who do take their religious practice seriously but focus on their own relationship with God without the need to judge and point out other people's lack of it. I find them more similar to practicing Christians in their way of dealing with others as they are more embracive of the concept of love and are able to display affection with more ease even to strangers. They communicate in a kind manner in a gentle way even when expressing their point of view about things which may differ to your point of view.

Well, that was a good dissent discussion. Well done brother Hamza. The other guy who is in dispute with brother Hamza is not fully aware of the purpose of the Quran meaning that being a good person while not praying is not a good thing similarly someone prays but steals. what kind of debate if you keep cutting another person explanation??..you asking a question then you not give them chance to answer...let the man explain first until he finish..seem like Jonathon already have his own answer in his mind and when Hamza answered with different answer that jonathan want,he keep cutting hamza with another ridiculous story...

This atheist didn't want to learn, it was obvious that he was ridiculing the Quran. That's why he kept interrupting and saying nothing without evidence. Hamza should of asked where is your evidence. This guy was just wasting time.

Apparently a nice man but the way he treated his father's call! he should have been read the Aaya paraphrazing ( don't say uff to your parents and be nice to them when they reach to old age). he would have known that his standards of being nice are lower than that of Islam and that he needs to reconcile about certain self assumed beliefs, like he feels offended when the Creator warns him about the hereafter or when he is told to worship Him. his assumption that his wife is going to dislike his following Islam when 72 percent converts are women. Anyways Allah guides whom He wills.

Guy: "The creator loves each of us" Darren: "Umm... don't mix me up with a Christian". This statement says it all about Islam... its all you need to know about the Islamic god Allah Allah to his "subjects" will only ever have a "Master to Slave" relationship. Jesus Christ our Lord, loved us so much, He gave His life for every single one of us, and taught " to be greatest of all, one must become servant of all" Jesus? or Muhammad?
@hellboy74108 жыл бұрын
What everyone will understand from your comment is that if jesus didn't die, god will put us all in hell and if not then why did jesus die then :)?? cus god (your angry god) would put us all in hell if his son didn't die for us :) what a loving god. (laugh) Unlike your god, our god in the quran doesn't need anyone to die for us so he can forgive us. God says in the quran. " Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah . Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful."

The red beard seems to not even be considering anything than what he already believes he is just waiting to respond ... his understanding of God is from an extremely low level of consciousness... in a child therapist and I can safely tell u using violence to motivate your children is the WORST way to get them to do anything and is not effective what so ever

Lol so true. Kids who are exposed to constant punishment usually grow up very resentful. It's no wonder so many muslims are constantly resentful.

@danielcarr81038 жыл бұрын
Huda Alhajri idols are things such as sex, food, money etc. Do you NEVER worship these things? When you believe God believes as YOU believe you are creating an idol in your mind as well.. If you worshipped the True Allah you would see everything and everyone is perfect exactly as they are because nothing is out of Gods control.. you make yourself an Idol by telling others they are wrong Show less
@Cz-zi3my6 жыл бұрын
Daniel Carr Actually no, you're making your own definition of the word 'Idol'. Idols are a representation of what you worship and you yourself represent and admire. So how can sex be idolised? Can i worship food? Can i admire carvings or statues? How is a Muslim therefore creating an Idol in his mind? Firstly, no one knows what Allah looks like. Second of all, we can't use an object of representation to worship Allah like a carving, or an Image of Allh and say “Thats My Lord”. You seem to be confused about the meaning of 'Idol'.
