As a Discount assistant manager. I’m sorry dawg these guys didn’t set you up right. So yes they broke a sensor. However them breaking one and replacing it would not effect the others. And it’s 20 minutes to twenty four hours for drive to relearn. Sometimes they require a hard reset. If they couldn’t reset the sensors they should’ve copied the sensor ID to create new ones for the car. It’s a tricky process it’s not really taught cause it’s rare. It’s usually because of aftermarket sensors. If you have after market wheels especially in that size they most likely have after market sensors so those can definitely be a headache. And our machines cant fit those widths so we couldn’t dismount and mount the rear tires that’s the issue with that. Dodges are definitely the most difficult to deal with for sensor issues cause they are a drive to relearn. We don’t get commission so there is no play on sales there. I’ve seen issues like this specifically. Obviously I couldn’t know without looking at the vehicle myself but I think I could’ve been able to sort this one out pretty easily.

Bro that’s a no good experience. That sucks for sure. Sorry to hear about your wheel, I’m glad they took care of the cost tho. I’m glad you got someone to take care of you. Real talk a lady at our store had the same issue and Nissan charged her $230 for the sensor. Wtf bro. We took care of it. Hope you get it settled

BOO, that sucks bro. I still have the stock 20×11s on my WB and didn't have to deal with this when I put the 305/35r20 firestone firehawk indy 500s on but I had the dealership do it and retained the stock sensors. My mustang on the other hand, I installed aftermarket tpms sensors and they all linked up with the control module but it beeps at 84mph and shows loss of traction on the dash and I have traction control permanently shut off with my hand held tuner. It may be worth spending the money at the stealership and get factory tpms sensors installed and it would be under warranty, or do they not touch aftermarket wheels at all?
