Hi Brittany, I think I may have this too but I am not sure if it is the issue. Do you know how I can find out if my seratus anterior is fully paralyzed from the long thoracic nerve injury or just weakened? I am only 15 and don’t have the resources to get checkout out by a professional right now and would appreciate it if you had any idea how to self diagnose this issue.

Thanks u very much ,sir for making a wonderful video I liked this video & It is working on my scapula, I have right side same problem,one thing I want to know ,u showed 4 exercises in this video,I understood 3 exercises properly and I m doing these exercises with my right hand, 4 exercise u did with left hand ( bent on the bench and pull ur left arm backward forward )I couldn't understand, should I do with left hand,plz guide me .Sir plz reply me so that I can do exercises

Hey man! I've Anterior Pelvic Tilt. The problem is, when I try to tuck in my butt for whatever reason, or train my glutes/deadlifts/squats/abs, I end up developing hemorrhoids. Is there a fix for it?
