In this talk there are many similarities of leadership while being a DJ and a Chief Information Officer. Ervan Rodgers is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience and expertise in IT disciplines, as well as business process, project and operations management. Rodgers is married with three beautiful children. He is a musician and a professional DJ with a love of all genres of music. He tends to incorporate his alter ego (DJ Executive) into his leadership style, as music is a universal language.
