@@Liebscher.Bracht_EN i am curious about heart burn !! I think a bad tilt of the thoracic cage can affect the positioning of organs and cause the stomach to not being able to let the content have enough space or Block it in some way that cause acidity to rise up . I can feel it is better know that i am aware of this and correct my posture often while trying to breath more down below . Normaly it would come up as a buble forming a the stomach opening about just in between where the ribs meets and i would kinda push it up and burp it with hell coming with it, its awfull how it burns, it make you do a face the that say it hurt and your dealing with the pain right know and nothing else count At that time. I just hope this could change something because medication doesnt help at all ,tums could help stop the heartburn when it happen but i would have to take somuch in a day anyway . now i use only breathing with abdomen which help more then any medication . And iam adding this conciousness of posture and keep correcting it and that seem to do something . Im aware of this for about 2 weeks now and it didnt burn yet . i still felt some kind of figthing inside of me which is probably that buble that begin grow and that somehow becoming the ringing Bell that say you gotta watch your posture. I did it à couple of time as i Wright this way to long comment, had to watch my posture . I like your logic by the way

Thanks for the video. Having spondylolisthesis I think makes it more difficult to get it right. Plus I've fallen a couple times which I think made things worse. All I know is walking is very laborious to me and though I think Ive made some improvements sometimes I think I'll never get there. Everything is still too forward.

Hope you can better. I have issues in c5, thoratic, lumbar. I was literally falling apart. Started walking from 300 steps to 5000. But that wasnt enough. I started going to gym. 2hrs of low impact and back excercises. Hope this helps.
