As we know that Zener breakdown voltage should decrease on increasing temperature, but in the above question, this is not following. That's because there is a range of Zener potential defined for which temperature coefficient is positive or negative. For Zener diode having Zener potential less than 6 Volt, have negative temperature coefficient i.e. on increasing temperature, final zener potential will decrease. And if the Zener potential is greater than 6 Volt, then it have positive temperature coefficient as Avalanche breakdown will be predominant. In above question, Zener potential given is 10 Volt which is greater than 6 Volt. That's why the final Zener potential is greater than 10 volt.

@@YZ-rn6bl no....since the Vz=10, it has a positive tempco...so as temperature increases, so does the zener voltage. if the Vz were less than 5 or 6, then the tempco would be negative, and Vz would decrease with increasing temperature.

Prashant singh as far as I know when you increase the temperature whole VI characteristics shifts to left. Therefore forward bias voltage decreases but reverse bias voltage increases.

Temperature coefficient can be positive or negative for Zener Diode. A positive TC means that the zener voltage increases with an increase in temperature or decreases with a decrease in temperature. A negative TC means that the zener voltage decreases with an increase in temperature or increases with a decrease in temperature.
